Lose The Weight - Gain The Muscle

I've been working out for sometime now and I'd like to share what works for me, as it may work for you.

For my abs this is one of the exercises. Recommended by Mike Geary

-Bicycle Crunches
This is one of my favorite exercises for the abs. Touch elbow to knee 15 times each. Do this in sets of 3. This may be a little difficult when first starting out, but you will love the results in 3 weeks.





- Crunches

This is the one of the most popular exercises to do. Even for the lazy person. You get to lay on your back. This exercise can be done one of two ways. As seen in the illustration or with your feet elevated making you elbows touch you knees. For maximum results do these with a medicine ball.

Getting a six pack is easier than people may think. The hard part is being consistent with these workouts. Do these 3-4 times a week and you are well on your way. Lose The Fat For a Six Pack

Good news! Summertime is on the way, and so can your six pack. This will be a page in a series of more to come about Mike Geary's Truth About Abs. In this blog I'll supply you with a couple of simple exercises that you can add to you existing routine. Take this and apply it and watch your abs skyrocket through the roof.

What You Need
All you will need for the secret workout is catch pillows, dyna discs and determination to succeed.

Difficulty Level
Although this is pretty simple for beginners, this does require stamina.

How to Do the Secret Six Pack Abs Exercises
Without further delay, let's get to the workout.
  1. Rest your elbows on the catch pillows with both the palms facing up and come to the plank position.
  2. Lift your left leg up slowly and return it to the ground softly and repeat it with right leg and get back to the original static plank position. Have two reps of this.
  3. Now, from static plank position, resting on your left palm, rotate your body and right arm in tandem towards right until the face of the chest and the right arm are vertically straight. Return to the original static plank position. Have two reps of this too.
  4. Repeat the step two and three above and have as many numbers of combined steps as possible for 3-5 minutes.
